Are you a dynamic, motivated individual passionate about leading and developing high-performing teams? We are currently seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our client’s customer care team and drive excellence in customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets and service level agreements.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement within the team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, resolve escalated issues, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor team metrics, generate reports, and present insights to upper management for continual improvement.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with leadership of supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM system and other relevant software.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and team success.
  • Sound level of numeracy and demonstrated attention to detail.
