An opportunity exists to join our VIC Team in our Barnawartha Depot in regional Victoria.

The scheduler position is responsible for:-

Working with our fleet to schedule deliveries to customers whilst adhering to our policies and procedures

Assisting our customers with queries

Assisting operators with queries

Liaising with our customers regarding their deliveries

The ideal candidate will have:-

Exceptional customer service skills

An eye for detail

Great telephone manner

An ability to communicate with customers and team members at all levels.

A good geographical knowledge of Victoria

A sound understanding of Microsoft office products

Previous experience in scheduling a fleet of vehicles doing multiple deliveries each day.

Experience in the following areas will be favourably considered:-

An understanding of Safe Work Method Statements

An understanding of Standard Fatigue Management
