Booth Transport is a National Transport Company we require an Operations Scheduler for our Laverton North Depot. Working 5on 3off Rotating Roster.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will suit a focused individual who prides themselves on their accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to;

Planning and scheduling of deliveries

Data entry

Liasing with internal staff including drivers and Admin personnel

Customer service

Assisting other team members and departments as required

Flexible working hours to ensure customer expectation are met

overtime

The successful applicant will possess the following skills;

Experience in planning and scheduling

Demonstrated excellence in telephone manner and customer service

Excellent administrative abilities

Ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Reliable, flexible and team orientated

Experience in similar role within transport industry will be advantageous

5 on 3 off rotating roster.
