About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and tech-savvy Office-Based Electrician to take charge of quoting and scheduling domestic electrical works. If you're wanting to step off the tools and take the lead in an operational and coordination-focused role, this is your opportunity.

You’ll manage and lead a small team of junior quoting assistants, oversee efficient job routing, and ensure that quotes are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. This role is ideal for someone with a strong domestic background who enjoys systems, problem-solving, and leading others.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review electrical quotes based on photos, scope notes, and site details

Lead daily scheduling and job routing using internal systems and mapping tools

Supervise and support junior quoting staff, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Liaise with field electricians, real estate agents, and landlords for works required or clarifications

Continuously improve workflow processes and quoting templates and pricing

Ensure all quotes comply with current regulations and standards

About You

A-Grade electrician with minimum 2 years post-apprenticeship experience in domestic electrical work

Confident using and adapting to general I.T systems

Excellent written and verbal communication

Organised, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Keen to lead a junior quoting team

Comfortable in a fast-paced, office-based environment
