Area Manager - Community Aged Care

Redstone have partnered with a reputable organization that are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager to join the team managing sites across QLD. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of experienced case managers, supporting clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life within their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of high functioning Case Managers
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance within the organization
• Provide strong leadership and management to a team of care staff, focusing on HR matters
• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure comprehensive service provision
• Conduct internal audits, identifying areas of improvements

Requirements

• Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in the Community Aged Care industry in a management position
• Strong management skills required
• Accreditation experience required
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the community
• In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Sector, including Home Care Package guidelines and service requirements
