About the Position

Our client is a high performing investment home builder with a fantastic reputation within the industry. Building approximately 300 homes per year they are a diversified business with a strong focus on best practice systems and processes, people and culture.

About the Position

Currently an exciting opportunity exists for a Construction Manager to join their team in a role on the Northside of Brisbane. Reporting to a Building Manager you will be responsible for:

Providing leadership and support to the Site Managers

Managing time frames, budgets and objectives on all project homes in your area

Quality control and workplace health and safety monitoring

Managing client conflict resolution

Construction meetings and reporting to head office

Recruitment and selection

What we're looking for:

Experience as a Construction Manager within volume housing

Experience as a Building Supervisor in high volume project housing

Current Builders or QLD Supervisors licence

Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach

Onsite Companion experience desirable although not essential
