Your Health General Practice is seeking a medical receptionist for a casual role in a new general practice opening in Erindale Chambers, next to the Erindale Shopping Centre, Wanniassa.

Your Health General Practice is a new family owned general practice opening in early July 2025. We are excited to be offering a new service to the local community and will offer a comprehensive range of medical services to our patients.

About the role:

Your role as medical receptionist will involve welcoming new patients to the clinic, answering the telephone and making appointments, responding to emails, completing billing following appointments, taking messages and liaising with medical staff, patients and their families as required. As a new practice we are looking for someone who already has experience as a medical receptionist, and in particular working with Best Practice and an understanding of billing through the Medicare Benefit Schedule. The role will initially be offered on a casual basis with the option to convert to a permanent position.
