Join the friendly and dedicated Customer Service Team at Total Uniforms based in Geraldton

As a part-time Senior Service Team Member, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your role will be pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person in a professional and courteous manner

Assisting customers with placing orders and processing payments

Processing incoming and outgoing goods.

Contributing to a positive team environment and continuously looking for ways to improve customer service

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role ideally within the workwear or PPE sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a calm and professional demeanour

Passion for providing top-notch customer service and going above and beyond to meet customer needs

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Proficient in using computer systems including a range of POS systems, Excel and Outlook
