A unique customer service role that involves face to face customer service while you assess and process customers broken and damaged gold and give them CASH!
A role that involves promoting our business to customers walking by our kiosk inside the Mandurah Forum.
Hourly Rate ranges from $30.10- $39.80
Must be available to work 9.30am-5pm shifts and Saturdays with a total of 14-28 hours per week, with extra hours available based on performance.
Must be comfortable approaching customers and providing exceptional service.
Cash handling experience required
Basic computer skills required.
Training is provided for gold handling and assessing.
Marketing experience is desirable but not essential.
MUST be able to work independently.
MUST be professionally presented.
MUST be at least 18 years old to fulfil legal requirements.
MUST be able to pass a police clearance.
COMMISSION available on top of hourly wage based on performance.
