  • AFR 12th Fastest Growing Company in Australia

Dashdot is looking for an ambitious, emotionally intelligent, and coachable Sales Advisor to join our fast-growing team. This is more than just a sales job, it’s a role where your energy, mindset, and hunger directly contribute to helping clients achieve financial freedom through property.

We’re after those with the heart of a hunter, a mindset for structure, and a drive to grow both personally and professionally.

What’s in It for You:

  • Work from anywhere – remote-first, results-focused.
  • 6 weeks of paid annual leave – because high performers need time to recharge.
  • Uncapped commission – OTE of $200k+, including $60k base + super.
  • Best-in-class tools – we invest in tech so you can spend more time changing lives.
  • Structured playbooks – sell confidently with a repeatable, refined system.
  • WFH booster kit – we’ll set you up for remote success.
  • Culture that wins – supportive, high-performing, and fun.

The Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll own the full client journey from setting the first appointment through to close. This role is perfect for a proactive, results-oriented professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional value.

You’ll be supported by marketing-generated inbound leads, a strong outreach team, and proactive pipeline tools, but success here belongs to the hunter who thrives on creating opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end: Take full ownership of the sales journey from first contact to close, with an average 15-day turnaround.
  • Own your pipeline: Manage a robust mix of leads across inbound and outreach channels to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
  • Qualify with purpose: Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations to deeply understand each client's goals, motivations, and readiness to invest.
  • Lead strategic sessions: Facilitate consultative strategy sessions that build trust, provide clarity, and position tailored solutions.
  • Close with confidence: Apply proven sales techniques to achieve a 40% close rate on qualified leads, consistently delivering strong results.
  • Hit your targets: Meet and exceed monthly revenue and performance goals in a high-accountability, high-reward environment.
  • Handover with care: Ensure a smooth, high-quality transition to internal delivery teams to maintain trust and drive long-term satisfaction.
  • Refine the process: Actively contribute ideas and feedback to improve our sales strategies, tools, and team performance.
  • Invest in your own growth: Stay curious, seek feedback, and consistently level up your skills through training, coaching, and learning from your team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in mid-to-high-ticket sales: with a consistent track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding targets.
  • Pipeline owner: you take full responsibility for building, managing, and progressing a structured, high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Natural hunter mentality: you don’t wait for leads; you seek them out and bring them in.
  • Confident closer: skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and objection handling.
  • Digitally fluent: experienced with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms to keep your pipeline organised and your follow-ups sharp.
  • Highly coachable and endlessly curious: open to feedback, hungry to learn, and always looking to improve.
  • Team-oriented mindset: You prioritise team success over personal spotlight and contribute positively to a collaborative environment.
  • Self-driven and proactive: you operate with autonomy, take ownership of results, and thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Energetic and emotionally intelligent: you bring great judgment, people smarts, and positive momentum to every conversation.

The Culture:

Dashdot’s culture is built on Freedom and Responsibility. We trust our team members to manage their work autonomously while upholding our values and striving for excellence. We foster an environment of mutual respect, continuous improvement, and a commitment to personal and professional growth. Experience a flexible, remote work environment where your contributions make a real difference.
