About the role:

We're seeking an enthusiastic Course Advisor to join our team. If you're someone who enjoys managing their own day, takes pride in helping others and can deliver great service while working independently, we'd love to hear from you! This role does require initial in-person training at our Shepparton campus, following the training the position will be work-from-home.

What you’ll do:

• Manage all student course enquiries
• Follow up all lead enquiries
• Book students into Course information sessions
• Updated and maintain the Client management system-HubSpot

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Will have experience working for an RTO or the VET sector
• Experience in a similar role of customer service and customer/client support
• Intermediate level MS Office Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to learn new skills and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate initiative, problem solving skills and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of social media marketing would be ideal, however is not essential
