Location: East Bendigo, Victoria (Onsite preferred; offsite available for the very best candidate)
Salary: $60,000 base + generous uncapped commission per dispenser sold, OTE $120K+ (commissions paid monthly)

For nearly 8 years, these dispensers—the only ones in Australia with a lifetime warranty—have been tried and tested across the country, proving their durability in tough environments like public toilets, school bathrooms, prisons, and high-vandalism areas. Expensive soap cartridges once held us back, but we’ve taken control of the manufacturing supply chain, slashing costs and reducing the sale price to make it an attractive solution. With minimal advertising to date, this is ripe for a go-getter to make serious money. Our paper towel dispenser range is also being redesigned by controlling the supply chain, opening another growth avenue. It’s an exciting time with great opportunities, and we’re assembling a dedicated A-team. Your Mission
This is more than just sales—it’s about leading the charge to grow the Fortress Vandal-Proof Dispensers brand and driving a project that’s ready to soar. Your mission is to get the last soap dispenser customers will ever buy into public toilets, school bathrooms, prisons, and vandalism-prone facilities. This is not a call centre job—you’ll lead the charge, set the direction, and be responsible for sales in an all-encompassing role designed for someone seeking a challenge. You get to define the role—we won’t hold your hand or micromanage. We’ll support you with the resources you need, but it’s up to you to put it into action. You’ll head up this standalone initiative, using zero-cost free trials to close deals, build the brand, and share in the profit of every sale. You can make this role your own, but if you’re looking for a quick buck and not interested in building something, this isn’t for you. We’re looking for someone to join our team for the long haul, and with generous uncapped commission, your hustle will shape the future of an established business with massive potential.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Fortress Dispensers sales project, targeting high-vandalism markets to secure new clients.

Drive revenue through proactive outreach (calls, emails, visits), showcasing the lifetime warranty, unmatched durability, and attractive new price.

Build the Fortress brand with hands-on strategies that amplify its unique edge.

Convert free trials into repeat orders, growing our profitable customer base.

Liaise with our team to ensure sales and marketing efforts align seamlessly.
