We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate new team member to join our expanding team. Based in Melbourne; we require a motivated individual to fill a full-time, remote technician/help desk role. We require a knowledgeable and passionate individual to assist with supporting our clients.

Responsibilities within the role:

Providing our clients IT support. Assisting with troubleshooting, training, and maintenance across a variety of devices and platforms.

Generate and manage documentation regarding the support provided to our clients.

Provide excellent time management; ensuring billable time meets the client's expectations.

Provide an excellent customer service experience to all Plex IT clients.

Opportunities to deploy, configure and maintain Networking and other IT equipment.

To be successful in the role, you must have knowledge in the following:

Desktop support knowledge, provide end user support for Windows and Mac OS.

Microsoft Office

Foundation knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)

Microsoft Office 365 Deployment and Management

IP Networking, including internal and external DNS management.

Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in a similar position.
