Job Summary:

We are hiring a Partnership Outreach Specialist to lead our outbound sales strategy and establish valuable partners. This role is key to identifying and securing referral partnerships that will contribute to Restoration Pros growth.

Responsibilities:

Identify high-potential referral partners.

Develop and execute proactive outbound strategies to secure new referral partnerships (targeted calls, compelling emails, in-person meetings).

Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with partners via phone, email, and video conferencing.

Communicate the value of our services to partners.

Negotiate referral agreements.

Track outreach, partner performance, and revenue.

Collaborate with the sales team.

Maintain CRM records.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
