In this role you will get to:

Promote, tender and win wholesale business

Deal with Tile retail outlets and resellers across Sydney metro & NSW regional areas

Spend 90% of your time on the road, face to face with an established client portfolio based out of our Arndell Park facility.

Take on an already established client portfolio.

Develop & deliver presentations, sample boards and pricing proposals to ensure our products are being sold to the end customers as first product of choice.

Take a hands on approach to your allocated territory by winning & installing in-store displays in unison with our dedicated merchandising team.

Maintain current business levels with existing customers in the territory, growing our share of wallet and prospecting for the development of new business, and the ongoing promotion and development of the company’s brand across NSW.

Join a growing business with permanent teams & operations in NSW, VIC, & QLD.

It is expected you will:

Have a proven sales background within the flooring and/or construction industry is favored when applying for this role but not essential.

Experience in B2B sales & wholesaling is preferable but not essential.

Be extremely well presented and have a close eye for detail allowing you to provide efficient solutions to your customer base

Have communication and computer skills

Have the ability to present and approach at all levels

Be proactive in problem solving

Comfortable to get your hands dirty if required to service your clients needs

Have solid business acumen and a real drive to achieve sales targets

Role Details

An attractive remuneration package is offered which includes a FMCV or car allowance and a lucrative commission structure. This is a permanent full-time role.
