Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar to ensure efficient operation of the center.
- Assist clients with registration and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean and organised clinic, ensuring it reflects the welcoming and positive atmosphere of our company.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with office software applications.
- Passion for health and wellness is a plus.
- Assyrian/Arabic speaking preferred.
Working Hours and Compensation: This is a part-time/casual position, offering flexible hours based on the Centre's needs and your availability. The compensation will be commensurate with experience. Our current clinic hours are 8am to 7pm Monday-Friday. This role requires either a full 8am-7pm day or split shifts of 8am-1pm and 2pm-7pm.
