We're looking for an enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to help us continue delivering exceptional service to our patients. Casual hours: 5-10 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

What you’ll be doing:
Welcoming patients: Assisting patients with paperwork, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
Team support: Helping the chiropractor with note-taking, patient management, and handling calls.
Tech-savvy tasks: Managing our booking system, handling patient financials, and ensuring all accounts are in order.
Account management: Answering questions and resolving issues related to patient accounts and insurance.
Reporting & organisation: Running reports, scanning paperwork, and keeping everything organized and on track.
Keeping the space clean: Ensuring the clinic is neat and welcoming at all times.
What we’re looking for:
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills—you love interacting with people and making them feel at ease.
Strong organisational skills—you're a pro at juggling tasks and staying on top of things.
Tech-savvy with experience in managing booking systems (or a willingness to learn).
A passion for helping people live healthier, happier lives.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Bonus: Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus but not required. We’re all about finding the right fit for our team!
