Are you a reliable and committed individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? My FootDr Bathurst is seeking a Casual Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. My FootDr Bathurst is a leading podiatry clinic serving the local community and surrounding suburbs, including Kelso, Eglinton, and West Bathurst. Our team of highly-qualified podiatrists provides a full range of services, from custom foot orthotics to laser therapy for fungal nails, ensuring our patients receive the best care possible.

The Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in shaping their experience at My FootDr Bathurst. This is more than just a front-desk role—you’ll be an integral part of our clinical team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the delivery of outstanding care.

Customer Service: Create a warm and welcoming environment for all patients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Appointment Management: Efficiently manage patient bookings, cancellations, and follow-up appointments to ensure a smooth clinic flow.

Sterilisation of Instruments: Uphold our stringent hygiene standards by ensuring all podiatry instruments are properly sterilised and maintained.

Podiatrist Assistance: Provide support to our podiatrists as needed, facilitating seamless clinic operations and enhancing patient care.

Administrative Duties: Manage patient records, handle billing and payments, and perform various administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Clinic Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented clinic environment, including regular cleaning tasks and ensuring treatment rooms, reception areas, and common spaces are kept to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings not only experience, but enthusiasm and care:

Full Australian Working Rights

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is advantageous but not essential

Strong attention to detail with multiple tasks

Flexibility to cover shifts during staff sick leave and annual leave.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable and committed work ethic

Ability to adapt and learn systems and platforms quickly
