We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist to join our Skin Clinic on a casual basis. We are a growing family owned clinic located in Maitland offering both skin cancer and cosmetic services. We are a flexible team and are looking for a friendly, like-minded and committed person to work 3days/week.

Essential qualities include:

Previous medical receptionist experience

Confident on a computer

The ability to work in a team and unsupervised

Confident, professional and patient welfare focused

A high level of initiative to help with the smooth functioning of the clinic

A personable approach with face to face and over the phone customer service skills

Familiarity with Best Practice software (desired)

Must be available between hours of Mon- Sat 8.30am - 6.00pm, (shifts will vary within these hours)

Main Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Being the face and voice of the clinic and the first point of contact for patients

Scheduling appointments - phone and online

Reception and general admin duties

Processing billings and Medicare rebates

Immediate start for the right candidate.
