About Us
We’re a family-owned business based in Currumbin, supporting a network of 15 veterinary clinics across Queensland and northern NSW. With a small, collaborative leadership team, we’re passionate about caring for our people just as much as we care for animals. Our support office provides critical operational services to our clinics, and we’re now looking for an experienced HR professional to join us in this key role.

About the Role
This is a part-time, onsite position working 5 days a week with flexible school hours available. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering day-to-day HR support across the business and driving initiatives that enhance our workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and compliance

Maintain employee records and support performance management processes

Provide advice on HR policies, procedures, and employee matters

Administer and enhance our HRIS – Employment Hero

Support leadership with employee engagement and operational HR needs

About You

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role

Experience with Employment Hero is essential

Strong knowledge of Australian HR legislation and best practices

Proactive, organised, and confident in working autonomously

Friendly, approachable, and a strong communicator
