We are a leading paediatric dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to our young patients, and we’re seeking a friendly, organised, and patient-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our team!
About Us
At Chermside Paediatric Dental Care (Brisbane North), we provide comprehensive paediatric dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and children with special needs. Our highly motivated and experienced team – including our paediatric dentist, OHT, qualified assistants and front office coordinators – is committed to exceptional care for our young patients and their families.
About the Role
Greet and assist every patient and family with warmth and professionalism.
Schedule and coordinate appointments with efficiency and care.
Manage hospital general anaesthetic list bookings and assist in coordinating patient flow.
Manage patient information and correspondence with confidence and accuracy.
Promptly manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
Process accounts, data entry, and referral management.
Coordinate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Build positive relationships with patients and families, supporting them throughout their child’s treatment journey.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front office environment.
We’re Looking For
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and genuine love for working with children and families.
Front office experience in dental practice (minimum 2 years of relevant experience essential).
Experience with Dental4Windows and strong administration skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Empathy and professionalism in supporting patients of all ages and needs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
Confident, self-motivated, reliable, flexible, and highly organised.
Own transport and a valid driver’s license.

Work Hours
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (average 20–22 hours per week)
On-site at Chermside branch on a set schedule
