NFP Success was established in 2015 and we are Australia's only consultancy 100% dedicated to assisting small to medium sized not for profit organisations who are too small to employ their own HR Professional.

We are now looking for NFP Sector experienced HR Professionals to allocate specific clients to and you will basically be their remote HR Advisor (on part time or casual basis) during business hours:

Regular HR work assisting smaller NFP organisations - days and hours to be agreed with you

Casual Employment (business hours) $60-$70+superannuation per hour, part time possible after agreed pattern develops

ABN consultancy basis payment per project estimate @ base rate of around $85+GST per hour

Most work undertaken remotely

We only work in the not for profit sector so experience in the NFP Sector and the SCHADS Award is ideal:

How it Works

We agree with you an agreed number of business hours each week (Monday to Friday) that you can work and we allocate you a portfolio of smaller NFP Sector organisations and you will assist them on such work as:

Award advice

policy review

employment contracts

position descriptions

wage classifications

organisation structures

resolving concerns

team building
