Our team help clientele within a number of industries, from hospitality, commercial property owners, earthmoving and transport. You'll be apart of a high performing team that enjoys having fun whilst achieving results.

Your Role:

Advise clients on insurance coverage and various products

Building long lasting relationships with key clientele

Negotiate insurance policies with various companies on behalf of clients

Maintain relationships with insurance underwriters

Manage your own clients and offer great service

Meet sales targets and earn great commissions

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a sales environment

Interest to learn about insurance products and services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and efficient with computer systems

Highly driven, self motivated with a great work ethic

Someone that wants to build a rewarding career

Ability to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations

Someone that loves a great team culture

We're looking for passionate sales people with excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the insurance industry. We'll provide extensive training, including your Tier 1 qualification in Insurance Broking.
