About the Role:
As a Trade Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving profitable sales, nurturing key client relationships, and contributing to business growth through strategic account planning and market engagement. You'll be the face of the business in the region-attending industry events, identifying new opportunities, and managing your territory with energy and professionalism.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of trade clients, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded
- Identifying new account opportunities and strengthening relationships with key buying influencers
- Developing strategic account plans and delivering tailored solutions to clients
- Collaborating with internal teams (supply chain, customer service, design, and marketing) to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
- Representing the business at trade shows, industry functions, and networking events
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates
What You'll Bring:
- A proven track record of B2B sales success, ideally in construction, design, manufacturing or related industries
- Strong project coordination skills and commercial acumen
- Confident, professional communication with the ability to influence and negotiate

- Competency with CRM systems and a commitment to maintaining accurate data
- Current driver's licence and flexibility to travel regularly
