THE ROLE

As a Business Services Manager, you will play a critical role in leading client relationships & delivering high-quality advisory services. Your key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing, not doing compliance work – The offshore team handles the heavy lifting.
• Building & maintaining client relationships, providing meaningful & actionable advice.
• Leading & mentoring a high-performing team to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Driving business growth, identifying opportunities to enhance client success.

YOU

The partners are looking for an experienced & passionate accounting professional who:

• Has at least 5 years of business services experience.
• Enjoys working with ambitious, high-growth businesses.
• Has strong advisory skills & a client-focused approach.
