About the Opportunity:
This large Multi Office Firm on the coast is seeking a Manager to assist the partners with an ever growing client base particularly in the agriculture space. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with farmers to help them navigate wealth transitions within their HNW family groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with a focus on primary production
Oversee tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses
Provide Virtual CFO services to clients to improve business operations
Can manage a team while being supported by the partner
Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives
Enjoys a wholistic approach to professional development not just keeping up with new tax law
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
8+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm
CA or CPA qualifications
Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services (or wanting to learn)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
