Our client – a highly regarded and fast-growing mid-tier accounting firm based in the heart of Brisbane – is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Services Manager to lead a high-performing team and take ownership of a diverse, established client portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a diverse portfolio of large and SME private clients, family groups, and HNW clients
• Reviewing and signing off on financials, tax returns, BAS/FBT
• Providing commercial advice, tax planning, and business strategy
• Coaching and mentoring a team of 3–5 accountants
• Being a sounding board for Partners and contributing to firm strategy
• Driving efficiencies and supporting a great team culture

About You

• CA or CPA qualified with 7+ years in public practice
• A confident communicator with strong technical and people skills
• Passionate about client relationships and developing future leaders
• Experienced with cloud software like Xero, MYOB AE, or similar
• Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced but supportive environment
