The Role;

Deal directly with your own portfolio of clients OR manage staff and workflow

Provide clients with all of their compliance requirements

Create and deliver meaningful management reports

Mentor others within the team to grow and reach their professional potential

If managing staff - support and oversee WIP of onshore or offshore team

To be a successful Manager you will ideally have;

CA/CPA qualifications

1 + years demonstrated success as a Business Services Manager

The ability to identify opportunities in new and existing clients

The desire to support business growth

A flare for inspiring and supporting upcoming accountants in the firm
