What You’ll Be Doing
You'll manage your own pod and lead a client portfolio of high-calibre service businesses of up to $1M. Your days will be split between:
Advisory: Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow advisory, business planning, and valuations
Client care: Strategic meetings, ongoing communication, and proactive insights
Leadership: Mentoring your team, reviewing their work, running performance reviews
Strategy: Sitting on the leadership team, driving the direction of the firm
Execution: Ensuring quality delivery, timely outcomes, and rock-solid compliance

What You’ll Need
10+ years in public practice (with at least 5 leading teams or managing clients)
Experience with business advisory (budgets, cash flow, valuations)
Strong working knowledge of Xero, Karbon, Class, and Now Infinity
CPA or CA (ideal, but not essential)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A real passion for helping small businesses grow
