An exciting opportunity exists for a Business Services & Tax Manager to step into a leadership role with one of Queensland’s largest and most dynamic accounting and advisory firms. Based in Hervey Bay, this full-service practice is known for its modern technology, supportive culture, and a long history of helping businesses - and business owners - succeed.

You’ll manage a high-performing team, work closely with a diverse client base, and play a key role in driving growth and delivering strategic advice.

About You

5+ years’ experience in Public Practice (Business Services & Tax)

CA or CPA qualified, with strong technical tax and accounting knowledge

Proven leadership and team development skills

Excellent client management and communication abilities

Proficient in MYOB AE, Xero, MYOB AccountRight & System Release
