About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Perfect Medical Care in Woy Woy, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your needs. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our medical practice.

What you'll be doing

Warmly greeting and welcoming patients, both in person and on the phone

Efficiently scheduling and managing patient appointments

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical files

Handling patient enquiries and providing information about our services

Assisting with administrative tasks such as billing, filing, and inventory management

Ensuring the reception area is well-organized and presentable at all times

Providing support to the medical team as needed

What we're looking for

Must be available on Thursdays.

Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (required).

Previous experience using Best Practice Software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficient in using medical practice management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate patient records.

A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
