About the role

Marayong Medical Centre is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team in Marayong, NSW. This is a PT/FT regular hours position with a longterm view to permanent position.

Full training provided before starting. No experience required.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome patients in a courteous and professional manner

Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient workflow

Assist with patient registration and file management

Handle telephone enquiries and direct calls to the appropriate staff

Provide general administrative support to the medical team

Maintain a clean and organised reception area

Ensure compliance with medical practice policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in using medical practice management software

Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
