THE ROLE
Working in a vibrant and fast-paced creative environment, this People & Culture Coordinator role supports a diverse employee base. You'll manage the employee lifecycle, maintain HR systems, coordinate compliance and engagement initiatives, and assist with payroll and reporting. This is a hands-on role, supporting the full gambit of HR including, recruitment, cyclical activities like performance management, and projects focused on employee engagement. You’ll work closely with a variety of stakeholders requiring strong communication and adaptability. This role suits someone who enjoys operational HR, thrives in collaborative settings, and is looking to grow within a supportive team experiencing exciting organisational change and growth.

Please note this is a contract role for a period of 12 months .

THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role, you must be immediately available and have at least 2 years of experience within a HR role, with a strong focus on employee engagement. You should have the desire to progress your career in HR and be confident in liaising with senior stakeholders. You will need to demonstrate strong communication, organisational and system skills, possess a ‘can-do’ attitude, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks. You must also be confident in using HRIS systems and experience with employment hero is a bonus.
