House Coordinator

Purpose of the role

Keep each Supported Independent Living (SIL) home running smoothly day-to-day – from rosters and budgets to client care, compliance and stakeholder communication.

We are looking for someone with minimum 2 years experience in a House Coordinator role.

AREA - Sydney Inner West (Parramatta, Strathfield, San Souci)

What you’ll be doing:

SNAPSHOT OF DUTIES

Roster & Staff Management

• Plan and adjust rosters and leave

• Flag recruitment needs to the Operations Manager (OM) & HR

• Induct new and casual staff, ensuring they know reporting requirements

• Monitor performance and uphold policies/procedures

Client & Stakeholder Support

• Be the main contact for families, guardians and external providers

• Attend/prepare reports for NDIS, SIL and planning meetings

• Foster positive relationships with allied-health and medical teams

Quality Client Care

• Oversee medication charts/Webster's packs

• Ensure incident reports are completed and escalated

• Keep client docs, emergency folders and profiles up-to-date

• Champion best-practice care and compliance

Budget & Home Operations

• Control home cards, fuel, grocery and ad-hoc spending

• File receipts/recipes for month-end reconciliation

• Track client expenditure against budget

Systems & Reporting

• Maintain ShiftCare, Google Drive and other internal systems

• Produce RPA and quality reports for the OM

• Support the on-call and emergency rosters
