About Us

We’re an Australian owned toy distribution company supplying premium international brands to some of Australia’s largest and most respected retailers.

As we expand our B2B reach and portfolio, we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a commercially focused, customer-driven, product-led environment.

The Role

This is a B2B-centric marketing role designed for someone who’s hands-on and results-driven. You’ll be the engine behind marketing campaigns that support retail sales, drive new product launches, and improve the effectiveness of how we engage our retail partners.

You’ll collaborate directly with the Managing Director, General Manager and product teams to execute retailer-facing campaigns and events, manage eCommerce channels, and deliver compelling trade materials that inform and sell our brands. You will also collaborate with our sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment across product launches, promotions, and retailer communications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives with key B2B retail partners

Arrange and coordinate trade fairs including travel to Melbourne

Coordinate with brand partners to source and deliver brand assets and marketing materials for product launches, promotions, and brand presentations

Manage website content, Social Media channels, EDMs (Klaviyo), and marketing calendar aligned to B2B activity

Maintain and grow eCommerce product listings

Create sales enablement tools and POS assets to support growth of our wholesale accounts

Liaise with design partners on product packaging and branding assets

Track campaign performance and retail engagement

Utilise your superior project management skills to drive and execute marketing initiatives

Own content management and brand asset libraries

What You’ll Bring

3–5 years of experience in marketing (retail, wholesale, or product-based preferred)

Proven project management skills; experience with project management software is a plus

Solid grasp of B2B marketing channels and retail customer needs

Hands-on skills in Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe suite, Social Media management

Confident communicator who can manage freelancers and design partners

Creative flair and commercial thinking to every campaign

Basic design competency and a strong eye for detail
