We’re looking for a UX Content Designer to help make our clients digital experiences easier to use. In this role, you’ll write simple and helpful content for their self-service app, website, and online shopping journeys. Your job is to make sure people can quickly understand what to do and how to do it—without confusion.

You’ll work with designers, developers, and other team members to create content that makes sense, solves problems, and supports a smooth user experience.

What you’ll do:

• Write clear content for our app, website, and eCommerce platforms
• Help users complete tasks easily, like managing their accounts or buying something online
• Work closely with different teams to understand what users and the business need
• Make sure content fits our tone of voice and is helpful to real people
• Join meetings, give ideas, and explain your content decisions to others
• Check that your content works well with the design and can be built by developers
• Manage your own work, meet deadlines, and ask for feedback when needed

What we’re looking for:

• Experience writing for digital products like websites or apps
• A good understanding of user experience (UX) and how content helps people
• Able to explain complex things in simple, clear language
• Comfortable working in busy, changing environments
• Good at working with others and sharing ideas
• Organised, reliable, and happy to take the lead on your projects
