We’re a rapidly expanding caulking company with over 10 years’ industry experience and a strong reputation for quality and reliability. Currently operating in Melbourne and Adelaide, we’re now growing into Queensland and looking for an experienced caulker ready to step up into a Project Manager role. This is a great chance to lead a team, shape operations, and grow with us.

Job Description

We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced caulker to lead and co-own our Queensland department. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure top-quality work with seamless processes. To get started, you’ll spend a few months in Melbourne learning our proven systems before taking charge of the Queensland branch as a co-owner.

Key Responsibilities

Perform caulking alongside the team to maintain quality and efficiency

Manage phone inquiries, staff support, scheduling, and communication with clients and builders

Organise and confirm job bookings, avoiding scheduling conflicts

Handle emails and invoices promptly

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional caulking experience

Valid driver’s licence

Work Car

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills to handle client enquiries and team coordination.

A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership potential, ready to run and grow a team.
