About the role

We are looking for a dynamic team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate the end-to-end import and export processes for a portfolio of clients.

Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other supply chain partners to address any issues or delays.

Prepare and submit customs documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their shipments.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient workflows.

Maintain accurate records and generate relevant reports.

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar role, ideally in an imports or customs position.

Strong working knowledge of customs procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in using relevant software and technology to track shipments and generate reports.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
