- Liaising with buyers and suppliers within Australia and Overseas
- Compilation of relevant shipping documents to on forward to Customs
- Entering of itemized products on Pronto ERP system
- Authorize Supplier/Freight payments
- Follow up on pre-alerts
- Coordinate Transport
- Invoicing
