Based in Sydney, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a Global Leader in Sophisticated Bathroom Products in the important position of Product Coordinator supporting the National Product Manager.

The primary function of the role is to support the Product Management Team in developing, launching, and maintaining a range of bathroom products, whilst working with both Distributors and Direct Clients.

Qualifications preferred are: A Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Product Management. You must be able to understand design drawings and the technical detail of the products, as they are specified into Buildings, Developments etc.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with design, engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product designs align with brand standards and customer expectations

· Maintain and Update Product Data

· Conduct Market Research

· Support the creation of product presentations

· Liaise with suppliers and vendors in Australia and overseas to source materials to ensure quality and cost efficiency

· Track project milestones to provide regular updates to the Team

· Assist in Quality Assurance Processes

· Manage Inventory

· Administrative tasks associated with each product and project

To be successful in the role you will need 2-4 years experience in product coordination, project management or similar, with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Excellent Communication Skills are required to liaise internally and externally across departments including with people where English is not their first language to ensure 100% accuracy in all aspects of the role. Technical Skills are required combined with an ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously.

On a personal level you will be motivated, with excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple responsibilities.
