Lead with purpose and inspire daily! We are seeking a driven Centre Director to lead, inspire, support and manage our team of Educators, and support in running the day-to-day operations of our amazing service!

This is a rare & exciting opportunity for you to create your own internal management structure with a non contact Assistant Director and Educational leader to provide exceeding governance within the centre!

About your new role:

Manage the day-to-day operations in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies.

Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our dedicated staff.

You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.

Effectively handling and managing the centre's staffing rosters and financial requirements in line with budget guidelines.

Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with children, families, educators, the local business community, and all stakeholders.

Actively participating in attracting, converting, and retaining families through effective management of tours, enrolments, and orientation in collaboration with our Enrolments Team.

About you:

Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or an Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.

Must have previous experience as an Centre Director in an early childhood setting.

Current Blue Card, approved First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications

Exhibit an extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

The ability to implement stimulating programs, and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Showcase the ability to lead and mentor a team of dedicated early childhood professionals.

Demonstrate the ability to incorporate critical thinking and reflective practice into daily operations.
