The Opportunity: Co-Director

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
  • Location: Bellmere
  • Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
  • Compensation: Well above award + attractive share of profit

We are seeking a driven Centre Director to join our Bellmere service in this unique Co-Director role. In this, you will inspire, motivate, and empower a dedicated team of early childhood professionals to deliver excellence every single day. Must haves

  • A proven track record or delivering exceptional results in a centre
  • Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
  • Current Qld Blue Card.
  • Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

  • Build strong relationships with families and fellow educators.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including administration, health and safety, compliance, and staff development, ensuring the highest standards are met.
  • Drive occupancy and exceed targets while delivering exceptional care to families.
  • Foster a culture of growth and development, empowering your team to reach their full potential.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, manage staff rosters and ratios, and maintain strong supervision.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff to create a thriving and supportive community.

About Us: Bellmere Early Education Centre is located in the heart of Bellmere, on Bellmere Road, a short 200m walk from Bellmere State School. We offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities. Sustainability is something we are passionate about and we love to explore these practices with the children in our care.
