Essential Criteria for the successful applicant:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Early Childhood management.
• A Bachelor of Education (preferred but not essential)
• A genuine passion for working with children and shaping future generations.
• Recruitment and Training of new Educators.
• A thorough understanding of the National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework.
• A passion for developing, planning and implementing an innovative educational program with a commitment to inclusive early childhood practice and social justice.
• Extremely organised with ability to work autonomously, multitask and time manage priorities with ease.
• Focus on high quality, teamwork, communication and professionalism.
• A strong effective leader, with the ability to provide direction, coaching and support to a team.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to respond positively to changes.
• Well versed in both verbal and written language and excellence in communication and reporting.
• Well skilled in the use of software including Qik Kids, Word and Excel.
• Proficient at all tasks required of a Childcare Centre Director
