About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager - Nominated Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Nurture Early Education Morayfield, Queensland. As the Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our vibrant childcare centre, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children in our care.

What you'll be doing

Provide strong leadership and management to drive the centre's strategic direction and continuous improvement

Oversee the development and implementation of engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

Ensure the centre operates in compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and quality standards

Manage and mentor a talented team of educators, fostering their professional development

Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the local community

Effectively manage the centre's resources, budget, and administrative functions

What we're looking for

Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Centre Manager or in a senior leadership role in the childcare sector

Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and ability to drive continuous quality improvement

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and staff

Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with a focus on attention to detail

Passion for providing high-quality early childhood education and care
