About the Role

Our current manager is moving to a new position in the company, and we are now seeking a full-time manager for one of our largest centres in Queensland. Owned by the QLD Master Franchisee and located in the heart of Ashgrove, this role offers the right candidate the opportunity to combine their passion for educating our youth with their leadership, sales, and management skills. Reporting to and receiving support from the centre owner, you will be managing a team of around 20 highly engaged tutors and interacting daily with motivated students and their parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Using our systems and following our proven methods to:

Handle enquiries from new families and conduct initial assessments

Create learning plans to address students' needs and teach alongside tutors

Report to parents on student progress

Recruit, train, and roster the tutoring staff

Perform daily administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the centre

Skills and experience

Teaching experience is valued highly, but not essential. You will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
