Role Title: Executive Assistant to Director
Salary: OTE $100k

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate smooth residential documentation processes, liaising with relevant parties as required.
• Social media marketing and content creation with external marketing company.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the auction process to assist the agent during auctions.
• Prepare and proofread various documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail.
• Act as a liaison between the agent and clients, maintaining professional and clear communication at all times.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Efficiently manage the high-level agent's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Organise and oversee events, meetings, and other special activities, ensuring they run seamlessly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within the real estate industry, 3 years plus.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in sales admin and understanding of the auction process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professional etiquette.
• Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• A proactive mindset, taking initiative to address issues and streamline processes.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and tools including Vault, Rex, Realworks, DocuSign etc.
