Menard Oceania has a vacancy available for a Part time (25 hours a week) permanent Administrator reporting to the Plant & Yard Manager, based in Vineyard, NSW.
We are looking for a proactive and organised administrator to join our plant yard office during school hours.
The role would suit someone seeking family friendly hours and who enjoys a diverse range of administrative task for our Plant Yard team.

About the Role.
Experience:
Administrative experience, in the construction industry.
Experience in Document control, updating of SWMS and Maintenance Records for all plant and equipment, is a high priority
Experience in equipment & plant maintenance management, tracking and allocations is highly recommended.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must have proven track record of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (to intermediate level)
Accuracy and superior organisational skills are key contributors to the success of this role
It will be preferred that the candidate have had training in plant maintenance management system e.g. MEX or similar
White Card - or willing to obtain a construction white card
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Responsible for administration of all company plant and equipment documentation, service history, risk assessments, certification, registration, invoicing/charging and tracking
Assist with implementation of computerised maintenance management (MEX)
Assist yard team to deliver plant and equipment to projects on time and with accurate records. Working closely with Logistics and Stores Coordinators.
Interact with site construction teams to provide documents and assistance with plant related matters.
Work closely with Plant Manager to ensure all equipment is correctly monitored and complying with local and site regulations and statutory requirements.
Manage plant and yard documents to comply with company CMS and QSE procedures and assist with interaction with QSE department.
Handle time sheeting and interaction with Payroll for all yard staff.
Yard Office Co-ordination e.g. cleaner scheduling, minor purchasing for yard related costs, stationary, groceries, general office/yard requirements. Following this process through and interacting with accounts payable team.
Assist plant manager with preparation of reports and yard budgeting
