We are seeking a full-time experienced Rostering Officer to join our growing “Me & My Support” Community! Position based in our South Brisbane office. Flexible Working Arrangements available.

About the position

The Rostering Officer plays a key function within the Service Delivery & Human Resources Department of Me & My Support. The Rostering Officer is responsible on a day-to-day basis for maintaining quality Participant and Staff service schedules that comply with the SCHADS Award and further align to the key support services offered by the organisation to NDIS Participants. The Rostering Officer will support operations in carrying a caseload of participants. This includes but not limited to; Supported Independent Living and Lifestyle Services throughout QLD.

The Rostering Officer will apply and demonstrate their high level administrative and problem-solving skills and ability to be adaptive, a great communicator, responsive and operate autonomously with confidence.

What we require from you;

Experience in a similar role, desirable

Experience in a Coordinator/ Team Leader role

Scheduling experience is a must

Understanding of the NDIS

Understanding of the SCHADS works and applicable conditions

Strong interpersonal skills are a must

Strong written communication skills

Positive and contemporary attitude

Ability to maintain professional development

Ability to work and contribute within a diverse team setting

Ability to adapt and work independently within a fast-paced environment

Good I.T Skills, confidence to navigate work Apps, Microsoft Suite, SharePoint & Adobe Sign

On call duties, every 3 weeks (approx)
