As a Lead Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

• Goodstart Early Learning Ashgrove is the original Goodstart Early Learning Centre and has been operating since 1988. Our aim is to offer a home like atmosphere which encourages children to feel comfortable and confident in their learning environment.

You'll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
