About the role

Roto, a leading provider of innovative home technology products, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Lead. In this full-time position based in our South Melbourne office, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on product launches.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing

Optimise website performance and user experience to improve conversion rates

Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and insights, and use these to inform and refine marketing strategies

Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to all marketing initiatives

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve the company's online presence

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving results

Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation

Experience in product launches, particularly home tech products

Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance

Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

A creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions

Experience in managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing specialists

Strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including the latest trends and best practices
